TOKYO DOME

Manuka honey mousse filled with raspberry, covered with chocolate mousse with a touch of raspberry liquor, top layered with chocolate ganache. Bottom layered with thin chocolate sponge and crunchy hazelnut praline

RASPBERRY OPERA CAKE

Almond joconde sponge, layered with raspberry butter cream and raspberry jelly. Top layered with crunchy raspberry favored almonds and raspberry macaron as decoration.

GREEN TEA OPERA CAKE

Layers of green tea joconde sponge, green tea butter cream and chocolate ganache. Bottom layer of crunchy hazelnut praline. Topped with a green tea macaron.

CLASSIC OPERA CAKE

Almond joconde sponge, layered with coffee butter cream (with Kahlua) and chocolate ganache, top layered with chocolate ganache.

STRAWBERRY MOUSSE CAKE

Strawberry mouse with bottom layer sponge. Wrap with a sheet op crepe, decorated with fresh fruit.

MOCHI MOUSSE CAKE

Vanilla mousse, with strawberry mousse and strawberry jelly inside, with green tea sponge at the bottom, covered with mochi skin.

Strawberry, raspberry, chocolate, white chocolate, chocolate raspberry, caramel, lemon, vanilla, hazelnut.

RASPBERRY MACAROON PIE

Combination of our sweet and salty delicacy, pate brisee pie crust with almond cream filling and fresh strawberries and raspberry, topped with almond macaroon.

BANANA CARAMEL PIE

Filled with almond cream, caramel cooked banana, hazelnuts, and baked custard. The topped will be torched like creme brulee's burnt sugar.
